Japan | Haitian x Louis Vuitton 2025 Winter Windows: LE VOYAGE DES LUMIÈRES

Louis Vuitton’s 2025 Winter Windows, LE VOYAGE DES LUMIÈRES, have officially arrived in Tokyo Ginza and Osaka. As the Japan’s most influential luxury retail destination, the Ginza Louis Vuitton flagship—located on one of the world’s busiest high-end commercial avenues—and the Osaka store together represent key showcases for the brand in the Japanese market. This season, the full in-store visual display and window presentation feature custom-crafted Chinese intangible cultural heritage lanterns produced by Haitian, bringing a distinct and high-impact signature aesthetic to both locations.

The project was completed over nearly six months. From material prototyping and structural development to light-effect testing and on-site calibration, the Haitian team executed every stage to the highest international luxury standards, ensuring the installations perform flawlessly under high traffic and continuous operation. Tailored to the architectural dimensions of each store, we also developed site-specific lantern sizes to achieve precise spatial harmony.

By reinterpreting traditional Chinese lantern craftsmanship through a contemporary luxury design language, Haitian integrates this heritage artistry seamlessly into Louis Vuitton’s global visual identity. The result is a striking and memorable nighttime retail presence that strengthens the brand’s visibility and dwell time among Japan’s most discerning clientele. This collaboration further underscores the cultural depth, commercial value, and global relevance of Chinese intangible heritage within the modern luxury landscape.
