The client is a large integrated theme park located in Belgium, combining an amusement park, zoo, and natural park in one destination. Due to low winter temperatures and early nightfall during the Belgian winter, the park experiences a clear off-season and sought a reliable solution to enhance its nighttime visitor experience. During the initial consultation, the client expressed strong interest in themed lighting concepts focused on animals, flowers, fantasy elements, immersive pathways, and photo-friendly installations.
Based on the client’s preferences and the specific site conditions, we developed a custom lantern solution by adapting selected existing designs while simultaneously creating new design. As the design progressed, several lantern installations required structural and shape modifications to ensure safe and efficient on-site installation. A key example was the Butterfly Tunnel lantern installation, which was originally designed as a rectangular tunnel and was redesigned into a hexagonal tunnel to better fit the site layout and visitor flow.

To address installation concerns and reduce uncertainty, we provided detailed 3D models and installation diagrams, clearly demonstrating the structure, assembly method, and on-site setup process. Multiple coordination meetings were held to confirm technical details before production.

Throughout the production phase, we shared regular progress updates to maintain transparency and alignment. After the lighting installations were delivered to Belgium, our Europe-based team provided on-site installation and final adjustments, ensuring the project was executed smoothly and delivered as planned.

We believe true customization goes beyond manufacturing—it means anticipating client concerns, providing clear solutions, and supporting the project at every stage, from design and production to installation and final handover.
